Each private lesson starts with a dynamic warm up. We train Jiu Jitsu specific movements key to the success of the lesson.
We revisit foundational movements from the student's most recent lesson. We create a canvas for new movements together.
Through various resistances, the instructor gives the student opportunities to drill new movements. The instructor helps put the puzzle pieces together with the student. The student gets better at solving problems quickly because we build on skills they have.
We reiterate this process until students achieve mastery of Jiu Jitsu components.
